Our story
15+ years of hands-on IT
EchoPoint is built on more than 15+ years of hands-on IT work across networking, datacenter operations, virtualization, cloud, cybersecurity and end-user support. That experience covers both sides: designing systems and keeping them running day to day.
Along the way, one pattern kept showing up. Small businesses were either overpaying for solutions built for companies ten times their size, or getting by on whatever the most tech-savvy employee could figure out. EchoPoint exists to close that gap.
We focus on small businesses and organizations with little or no IT staff, mainly here in Austin and Central Texas, with remote support for clients anywhere in the U.S.
