Need hands-on help?
We’ll point you in the right direction
Not every problem can be fixed through a screen. When you need someone on-site and you’re outside our area, we’ll still help:
- Scope the job so you know exactly what to ask for
- Explain what kind of provider you need: cabling contractor, MSP or specialist
- Review quotes so you don’t overpay
- Ship preconfigured equipment or guide your staff through the install
Frequently asked questions
How does remote support work?
You call, text or send a message. For hands-on fixes we use a secure, permission-based remote session, and you can see everything we do. We never access a computer without your approval.
What can't be done remotely?
Physical work like running cable, mounting access points, replacing hardware or racking servers. For that we can guide your staff, ship preconfigured equipment, or help you find and vet a local technician.
Can you just give us advice?
Absolutely. Sometimes the most valuable thing is a second opinion on a quote, a plan or a vendor, and that's a great use of the free consultation.
Let’s talk about your IT. The first consultation is free.
Tell us what’s frustrating you or what you’re planning. You’ll get honest advice from someone with 15+ years of hands-on IT experience, whether or not you hire us.
